This six week online course is designed to help you understand your emotions, learn how to spot (and avoid) your triggers, and develop a personalized self-care practice to help you improve your mood. Plus, you’ll have a tribe of moms at your side to help you strengthen your mental health.

Every Wednesday, 10-11 am PT, 11 am-12 pm MT, 12-1 pm CT, 1-2 pm ET
