This four week mini course is designed to help you understand your emotions, learn how to spot (and avoid) your triggers, and develop a personalized self-care practice to help you improve your mood. Plus, you’ll have a tribe of moms at your side to help you strengthen your mental health.

Every Tuesday, 5:30-6:30 pm PT, 6:30-7:30 pm MT, 7:30-8:30 pm CT, 8:30-9:30 pm ET
